The sales staff was helpful enough and seemed to know the basics, but they missed a few details I really needed. I was already feeling mentally drained, so having to ask extra questions and fill in the blanks made the whole thing a bit more tiring than I expected

I ordered two boxes, expecting the usual simple delivery situation, but apparently my package had other plans. One box was correct, and the other was just some random item I definitely didn’t order. Then came the real saga: trying to get support to help, which took way longer than it should have. Not the worst disaster ever, but definitely frustrating

"Not sure tech support really helped"
I’m not sure if I just caught them at a bad time, but tech support really didn’t do much for me. I waited a few days for responses, and when they did reply, the messages were short and didn’t really solve anything. My issue still isn’t fixed, so the whole thing has been frustrating

"Return was okay, but took longer than I expected"
I had to return an item I ordered from Medical Device Depot because it ended up not being the right size for what we needed. The return instructions were manageable, but for some reason I had to email back and forth and wait a bit before getting clear answers.
They did accept the return and I got my refund, so overall it worked out fine. I just wish the process had been a little quicker and easier to understand from the start.

My order itself was fine, but dealing with the account side was a hassle. I had trouble updating my info, and getting a clear answer took way longer than I expected. It just didn’t feel very organized, and I had to follow up more than once to get anywhere. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it definitely made the whole process more annoying than it should’ve been. If this keeps happening, I’d probably start looking somewhere else.
"Packaging was okay, I guess"
I ordered from Medical Device Depot and the stuff showed up fine, so no real issue there. The box was a little crushed when it arrived, and there wasn’t much padding inside, which made me a bit nervous. Nothing ended up being broken, thankfully. I just expected it to be packed a little more carefully, especially since it was medical supplies.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: my order did arrive fine and everything was okay, but the shipping took longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just slower than I needed at the time. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a rush.

"Shipping cost was way too high"
I was about to order a small medical item from Medical Device Depot, but once I got to checkout, the shipping cost stopped me. The item wasn’t exactly cheap to begin with, so seeing that extra charge added on had me like, make it make sense.
For something small, the shipping felt way higher than it should have been. It kind of took the excitement out of placing the order and made the whole thing feel like a bad deal.
I ended up not going through with the purchase because I just didn’t feel good about it. Maybe their pricing works better if you’re buying a bigger order, but for one small item, the shipping was just too much.

"Paperwork was there, just needed a nudge"
I needed some compliance paperwork for a device order, and to be fair, they did have it available, which was a relief because I was worried it might turn into a whole thing.
The only issue was that it didn’t happen super quickly. I had to follow up a couple of times before everything got sorted, and while the staff were polite, like, no problem there, the whole process felt a bit scattered. Not terrible, but not exactly smooth either...
